Approx. 7 years old. Works perfectly and is in good condition. Selling only due to purchasing a biomass boiler. Currently the oil boiler is being used in a Victorian single glazed 4 bed 3 reception property with a dated radiator system and its providing more than enough heat and hot water. This is a free standing boiler with programmable timers for heating and water, with three time settings for weekdays and three different time settings for weekend. Also includes +1 hour for quick water and a heating advance. It's in situ now if you want to see it working but will be removed 8th March. Dimensions are 66cm deep, 46cm wide and 90cm tall.
